Private Yoga Session
A private yoga session is designed specifically for you and your needs. If your need is to work the body, generate heat and move energy then we will create a dynamic practice and end with a meditation to make the practice well rounded. If you are interested in restoring part of your body or a slower paced session we can move through asana with attention to particular areas, and end with a meditation. Our idea is to help you on your path, where ever and whoever that might be.
