June 19th at Inspired Journeys in Odenton, MD I will be presenting Turning Transition into Transformation.  This is going to be a new direction in the self growth category.  Be prepared to feel good, to work hard and to find in-roads into your self.  We are going to move the energy in our bodies, look the traits that we use when we interact with others, and how we can let go of heavy baggage.  The intension is to work hard, to have fun and to connect with the people who are there to grow with us.  I will be using my diverse background to give you something very fresh and helpful for your journey of growth.  Check out Inspired Journeys for more information or call them at 443-396-1282.

Private Yoga Session

First Step

For people who are interested in learning yoga in the comfort of their own home this is a great opportunity.  This is also for clients who have specific areas that need to be worked.  Many of my clients who have back pain and are looking for relief, call for a private session.  We work the area with yoga and gentle adjustments and have had amazing results.  Privates are also for people who want complete focus on their needs for growth.

The session begins with postures that allow the body to begin to relax and open in preparation for meditation.  Meditation is the art of focus.  There are many ways to come to this place and everyone has their way, so we will work with the process to find one that fits your needs.  This practice has the potential to change your life in ways (brace yourself) that will make you happier.

Astrology Readings

As soon as you see the word astrology you have an idea of what that word means to you.  Let me explain that it is not some crystal ball, fortune-telling, black cat--don't go under the ladder reading.  It is only about looking at energy and traits that you have as part of your life path.  I do look at the planets as part of the reading to gather information about your process, but it does not tell me exactly what is going to happen. Mostly because, the most important factor is you and the choices you make.  Certain hurdles will come into your path and the planets will assist in showing what opportunities may come forth.
